Foundation Verse: Exodus 19:4
Mission: To empower and unite pastors and marketplace leaders...
Vision: Every local church strengthened through Kingdom partnership.
Core Scriptures:
It is the Holy Spirit who empowers the ministry to soar.
Motto: One Mission. Two Wings. One God.

Eagle Wings Ministry exists to empower and unite pastors and marketplace leaders in local churches to work together as one ministry, advancing God's Kingdom by bringing people to Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We affirm that businessmen and businesswomen are essential Kingdom partners in fulfilling God's mission. Alongside pastors and spiritual leaders, they faithfully steward the resources, influence, abilities, and opportunities God has entrusted to them to help fulfill the Great Commission.
We believe God blesses marketplace leaders not only to provide for their families but
also to invest in the work of the Gospel. Through their generosity, stewardship, and
leadership, they become fellow workers for the truth (3 John 8), strengthening the local
church and helping bring people to Jesus Christ.
Business is more than a profession—it is a divine calling. Likewise, pastoral ministry is more than an occupation—it is a divine calling. When pastors and marketplace leaders work together as one ministry, empowered by the Holy Spirit, they become two wings of one mission, carrying the Gospel farther and advancing God's Kingdom for the glory of God.
One Mission. Two Wings. One God.
Our vision is to see every local church strengthened through the partnership of pastors and marketplace leaders, working together as one ministry to advance God's Kingdom and bring people to Jesus Christ.
We envision churches where every believer recognizes that their God-given gifts, talents, professions, and businesses are part of God's divine purpose. Marketplace leaders faithfully use their skills, influence, and resources to strengthen the local church, while pastors devote themselves to prayer, the ministry of the Word, discipleship, and shepherding God's people.
We encourage believers to support, collaborate, and invest in one another, recognizing the wealth of God-given talents within the body of Christ. Whether in business, healthcare, education, construction, engineering, law, finance, technology, real estate, or any other profession, every vocation can become a platform for serving Christ and advancing God's Kingdom.
As pastors and marketplace leaders unite under the Lordship of Jesus Christ and are empowered by the Holy Spirit, local churches are strengthened, communities are transformed, and the Gospel reaches more people.
One Mission. Two Wings. One God.

We believe we are living in a time when the Church must work together more intentionally than ever before. God has called pastors, evangelists, and other ministry leaders to devote themselves to prayer, the ministry of the Word, and the shepherding of His people. Yet many faithful ministers also carry significant financial responsibilities for their families and ministries.
In many local churches, especially those that are newly planted or have limited financial resources, pastors and evangelists often work in secular employment to provide for their families while continuing to serve the church. Although many faithfully balance these responsibilities, the demands of earning a living can reduce the time and energy available for prayer, discipleship, evangelism, and pastoral care.
Scripture teaches that those who labor in preaching and teaching are worthy of support. The Apostle Paul wrote:
"The Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel." (1 Corinthians 9:14)
Likewise, pastors are encouraged to devote themselves to prayer and the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4), while the church is instructed to honor and support those who labor faithfully in ministry (1 Timothy 5:17–18).
This principle can also be seen in the Old Testament. The Levites received no tribal inheritance because they were set apart to serve the Lord. God's people brought tithes and offerings so the priests and Levites could devote themselves fully to the work of the Lord (Deuteronomy 14:29; 2 Chronicles 31:4).
Eagle Wings Ministry exists to encourage this same spirit of Kingdom partnership today.
We believe God has given the Church two wings:
Neither wing is complete without the other. Together they become "fellow workers for the truth" (3 John 8), united in the mission of bringing people to Jesus Christ.
Every local church contains God-given gifts, talents, professions, and businesses that can strengthen the body of Christ. We encourage believers to recognize and support the talents God has placed within their own church family. Whether they are real estate professionals, physicians, dentists, mechanics, accountants, attorneys, insurance professionals, contractors, engineers, architects, marketers, or business owners, these individuals can use their gifts to bless both the church and the community.
As believers support one another in business and ministry, they create opportunities for employment, mentorship, generosity, and Kingdom impact. Healthy businesses can become powerful instruments for supporting pastors, funding missions, serving communities, and expanding the work of God.
By bringing together the spiritual leadership of pastors and the practical gifts of marketplace leaders, Eagle Wings Ministry seeks to strengthen local churches, encourage biblical stewardship, and advance God's Kingdom through the power of the Holy Spirit.
One Mission. Two Wings. One God.
Each participating local church is encouraged to appoint one Eagle Wings Representative who is prayerfully recommended by the Senior Pastor. This individual should:
The Eagle Wing Representative serves as the bridge between the church and the marketplace, helping connect Kingdom-minded business leaders with opportunities to strengthen the local church and expand God's Kingdom.
The Pastor plays a vital role in identifying businessmen and businesswomen within the church who possess leadership, business experience, professional expertise, or entrepreneurial gifts.Together with the Pastor, Eagle Wings Ministry seeks to connect with these marketplace leaders, encourage them in their Kingdom calling, and help them discover how their gifts, influence, and resources can be used to strengthen the local church.
Eagle Wings Ministry exists to strengthen—not replace—the ministry of the local church.By partnering pastors with marketplace leaders, we cultivate a biblical model of Kingdom collaboration where spiritual leadership and marketplace stewardship work together as one ministry. This partnership enables pastors to remain focused on prayer and the ministry of the Word while equipping business leaders to use their God-given abilities, influence, and resources to support the growth of the church and the expansion of God's Kingdom.Together, we become fellow workers for the truth (3 John 8), advancing God's Kingdom for the glory of God.
We honor and support the God-given calling of pastors and church leaders. By building partnerships between pastors and marketplace leaders, we help strengthen the ministry of the local church.
Our desire is to see pastors increasingly freed to devote themselves to prayer, the ministry of the Word, discipleship, and shepherding God's people (Acts 6:4), while being encouraged and supported by faithful Kingdom-minded business partners.
Through this partnership, pastors can focus more fully on their spiritual calling, knowing they are surrounded by a community committed to advancing God's Kingdom together.
We encourage and equip businessmen and businesswomen within the local church to use their God-given gifts, skills, and influence to serve both the marketplace and the Kingdom of God.By fostering relationships among Christian entrepreneurs and professionals, we promote collaboration, mentorship, business growth, and ethical leadership.
We help connect qualified businessmen and businesswomen with networking opportunities, business resources, mentorship, and strategic partnerships that can contribute to sustainable growth.
When appropriate, we also assist in identifying potential funding opportunities and Kingdom-minded investors for qualified business ventures.
We encourage church members to support businesses owned by fellow believers whenever possible. By promoting trust, excellence, and mutual support, the local church becomes a community where businesses can flourish while serving others with integrity.
As businesses grow, they become stronger instruments for:
When pastors and marketplace leaders work together, everyone benefits.
Our goal is to build thriving local churches where pastors and marketplace leaders work together as one ministry—each fulfilling their God-given calling, strengthening one another, and advancing God's Kingdom through the power of the Holy Spirit.
One Mission. Two Wings. One God.
