Let the Word of Christ dwell in me richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in our hearts.
Offering a song of worship to God is not just about singing with our voices, but it involves the condition of our hearts to the Lord. The true worship is fully surrendering to Him and giving our lives, love, and whole being to the Lord. It encompasses dedicating our body, soul, spirit, and strength to Him to ascribe value to who God is in our lives.
"I sing not because I am good at singing, but because my heart sings. God fills my heart with melodies, hymns, praise, and worship for Him, even when I sleep, pray, and in everything I do—all to give Him glory. To my God and the Lord of my life, my heart will always sing for You."
I will praise God's name in song and glorify Him with thanksgiving. Psalm 69:30

What did God leave in us before He ascended to heaven?
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives (false hope). Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid."
In this verse, Jesus is speaking to His disciples, comforting them as He prepares them for His departure. Let’s break down what He means in this passage:

2. "I do not give to you as the world gives":

In the Bible, forgiveness is a profound act of grace and love. Divine forgiveness reflects God's mercy in pardoning sins through Jesus Christ. Human forgiveness is a call to imitate God's grace by forgiving others, restoring relationships, and letting go of bitterness. It involves both receiving and giving forgiveness, deeply connected to the themes of repentance, reconciliation, and justice.
This teaching on biblical forgiveness emphasizes its critical role in maintaining a healthy relationship with God and others. It highlights the distinction between divine forgiveness, which is a gift of God's grace, and human forgiveness, which is a response to God's forgiveness.
The teaching also explores the connection between forgiveness, repentance, and justice, demonstrating how these concepts are intertwined in the biblical narrative. By examining these themes, this teaching offers a valuable resource for understanding this essential aspect of Christian life.
1. Forgiveness and Relationship with God:
Forgiveness is vital for maintaining a healthy relationship with God. An unforgiving heart can hinder your fellowship with Him. When Jesus speaks of God’s forgiveness being withheld if we do not forgive others (Matthew 6:14-15), He is addressing the relational aspect of our faith—how our attitudes and actions toward others reflect our understanding of God’s grace.
A forgiving heart is evidence of a life transformed by the gospel. Forgiveness should be a natural response for those who have been forgiven by God. While forgiveness is not the basis of our salvation, which is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9), the willingness to forgive others as God has forgiven us (Colossians 3:13) is a sign of true saving faith.
A refusal to forgive others may indicate a misunderstanding or lack of experience of God's grace. Jesus’ teaching serves as a reminder that true believers, having received God’s immense forgiveness, should naturally extend forgiveness to others as a reflection of their relationship with God.
Forgiveness in the Bible is often linked to reconciliation and restoration of relationships. It involves letting go of resentment, anger, and the desire for revenge, and seeking to restore a broken relationship. (Matthew 18:21-22)
4. Forgiveness and Repentance:
Conditional and Unconditional Aspects: Biblical forgiveness is often associated with repentance. God's forgiveness is extended to those who repent of their sins, acknowledging their wrongdoing and turning away from it. (Luke 17:3, Mark 11:25)
5. Forgiveness and Justice:
1. Divine Forgiveness:
2. Human Forgiveness:
In the Bible, forgiveness is a profound act of grace and love. Divine forgiveness reflects God's mercy in pardoning sins through Jesus Christ. Human forgiveness is a call to imitate God's grace by forgiving others, restoring relationships, and letting go of bitterness. It involves both receiving and giving forgiveness, deeply connected to the themes of repentance, reconciliation, and justice.
This is what the Lord says: 1 “Heaven is My throne and the earth is the footstool for My feet.
Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?
The Kingdom of God is often understood as the presence and reign of Jesus Himself (Colossians 1:13), while the Kingdom of Heaven refers to the place where God's throne is, as described in Isaiah 66:1. The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven have the same spiritual reality. John 10:30, John 14:9-11: The terms Kingdom of God and Kingdom of heaven are interchangeable Matthew 19:23-24. They are as synonymous on earth as they are in heaven.
"Although the terms 'Kingdom of God' and 'Kingdom of Heaven' may have subtle differences in some contexts, t he Kingdom of God refers to the coming of Jesus Christ to earth, and all who accept and believe in Him will see and enter the Kingdom of God. However, there is still a chance that Satan will deceive them if given the opportunity. The Kingdom of God is a reflection of heaven, where God is worshipped. It represents the spiritual realm where God's authority and power to rule and reign are recognized and demonstrated. It encompasses God's righteous principles, His divine will, and the establishment of His plan of redemption in the world. The Kingdom of God is not limited to a physical place but is present wherever God's presence is acknowledged and experienced."
The Kingdom of God is a future event (Kingdom of heaven) The kingdom of God is not only a future event but also a present reality. The Kingdom of God is the extension of the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 6:10. Jesus is the King of the kingdom. God established His rule over all creation. The kingdom of God Daniel said that "the God of heaven will build a kingdom that will never be destroyed" (Daniel 2:44,, 7:13-14).The Lord has established His throne in heaven, And His kingdom rules over all Psalm 103:19. God seated His Son in His throne and Jesus sat us with Him in His throne.
Living in the Kingdom of God is walking in the Spirit and walking in the Spirit is walking by faith.
Living in the Kingdom:
You are embracing the reign of God ,acknowledging God's reign over your life. and recognizing God's sovereignty as the ultimate authority. It involves aligning one's thoughts, actions, and values with the principles and values of God's kingdom.
When one lives in the Kingdom of God, they are acknowledging God's reign over their life. This recognition leads to a desire to align with God's will and participate in the values and priorities of His kingdom.
Romans 14:17 Righteousness, peace, and joy are our quality of living in the Kingdom of God through the Holy Spirit.
Colossians 3:2 Focus on heavenly and spiritual matters rather than solely on earthly concerns.
Focus on God's Word, His promises, His will, and His purpose. Focus on what he has done, not on what we are doing. Focus on His love, not on our love.
Walking in the Spirit:
You are living a life that is guided by the Holy Spirit. It means seeking the Spirit's leading, allowing the Spirit to shape one's decisions and actions, and being open to the transformative work of the Spirit in all areas of life. Enables believers to understand and carry out God's will.
Galatians 5:16 walking by the Spirit involves making choices that are in line with God's will, which contrasts with fulfilling selfish desires. Walking in the Spirit leads to a transformation that enables believers to overcome the desires of the flesh.
Walking by Faith: Romans 8:8 , Hebrews 11:6
Making choices and living based on trust in God's promises and guidance, even when circumstances might seem uncertain or challenging. It's about relying on spiritual insight rather than depending solely on visible evidence or human reasoning.
Faith is at the core of living in the Kingdom and walking in the Spirit. Trusting in God's guidance and promises is essential for both. Faith acknowledges that God's ways are higher and more trustworthy than our own understanding.
Living in the Kingdom of God means focusing on God—His goodness, power, provision, faithfulness, and the call to experience His presence. The center of our lives revolves around God and His attributes as we live in His Kingdom.
Mark 10:18, Ephesians 3:20, 2 Corinthians 9:8, Hebrews 10:23, Psalm 34:8

The concept of the "first resurrection" is mentioned in the Book of Revelation, specifically in Revelation 20:4-6. The "first resurrection" generally refers to the resurrection of believers who have died in Christ and are raised to reign with Him during the Millennium, the thousand-year reign of Christ on earth.
Here’s a breakdown of the concepts:
I. First Resurrection:
II. Who Participates in the First Resurrection?
III. Eternal Life:
In summary, the "first resurrection" refers to the resurrection of believers who have died in Christ, particularly those who remained faithful to Him. These believers now have eternal life and will reign with Christ, being spared from the "second death."
The passage you provided offers a comprehensive explanation of the biblical concept of resurrection, highlighting the contrasting destinies of humanity as depicted in both the Old and New Testaments. Here’s a breakdown of the key points:
This explanation emphasizes the biblical teaching that all humanity will experience resurrection, but with vastly different outcomes depending on their faith in Christ. The "first resurrection" is for believers, leading to eternal life, while the "second resurrection" is for unbelievers, leading to eternal judgment. The millennial kingdom serves as the dividing line between these two resurrections, and Christians are called to share the Gospel to save as many as possible from the judgment to come.
In Genesis 1:26, God says, "Let us make..." Why "us"? This implies that God was speaking to someone during creation. Who was with Him? From the very beginning of creation, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit were already present (1 John 5:7). The Christian doctrine of the Trinity teaches that God exists as three distinct Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who are one in essence. Each Person of the Trinity is involved in the act of creation.
1. Father - The One Who Speaks
The Father is often seen as the initiator in the act of creation. He is the One who speaks the world into existence.
2. Son - The Word of God
The Son, Jesus Christ, is referred to as the "Word" (Logos) in John 1:1,13. He is the means through which all things were created.
3. The Holy Spirit - The Life-Giver
Logos and Rhema
Logos is the foundational, unchanging Word of God, while Rhema is a specific, personal word for a particular moment. Both are essential in the Christian life—Logos provides truth, and Rhema makes it personal and relevant.
In summary, the phrase "Let us make man in our image" in Genesis reflects the involvement of the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—in creation.
The Holy Spirit also inspires the Word of God, ensuring its truth, and gives life to those who receive and believe in it (Galatians 3:2.
Job's Suffering and Trials:
1. Suffering Does Not Always Come from Sin (Job 1:1-2:10)
Job was a righteous man, described as “blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil” (Job 1:1). Despite his righteousness, Job endured immense suffering—loss of wealth, family, and health. His trials were not a result of sin, but rather a test of his faith.
In both instances where Job is tested, Satan is given permission by God, but with limits. First, Satan is allowed to take away Job’s possessions and children, but not harm him physically (Job 1:1). Then, Satan is allowed to afflict Job’s body, but his life is to be spared (Job 2:6). Throughout Job’s trials, it is clear that God is in control.
In response to his unimaginable loss, Job famously says, “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21). Even when his health is afflicted, Job refuses to curse God, replying to his wife’s suggestion to do so, “Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?” (Job 2:10). Job remains steadfast in his faith despite everything being taken from him.
Teaching:
In Job 42:10, we see God’s restoration of Job’s fortunes. After Job’s testing, God gave him twice as much as he had before—double the wealth, a new family, and a long life. Job’s perseverance through trials was rewarded by God’s grace and mercy. As James 5:11 reminds us, “You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.”
Teaching:
After God speaks to Job out of the whirlwind, Job realizes that God’s wisdom and knowledge are far beyond human understanding. Job repents for questioning God’s justice and humbly submits to God’s will, saying, “I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted... My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you. Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes” (Job 42:2, 5-6).
Teaching:
Job’s story is one of immense trials but also ultimate triumph. Through his perseverance, Job experienced God’s mercy and restoration. His trials were painful and mysterious, yet through them, Job came to a deeper understanding of God’s sovereignty and compassion. For us today, Job’s life serves as a powerful reminder that suffering is not meaningless, God is in control, and faith in the midst of trials will lead to ultimate triumph—whether in this life or the next.
Our faith, like Job’s, is often tested, but we are called to hold on to God through every storm, trusting that He will bring us through to victory.
After God completed His work of creation, it is written:
"God saw all that He had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day." (Genesis 1:31, NIV)
Ipinapakita sa verse na ito na ang pagkalikha ng Diyos, sa orihinal nitong kalagayan, was perfectly good, perfect, and without blemish (walang kapintasan).—all are reflections of God's perfect wisdom and character. No corruption, no sin, and no imperfection. God's evaluation o resulta ng gawa ng Diyos ay "very good" expresses the harmony and beauty that existsed in the world. Lahat maayos at maganda.
That resulted from the fall of man: sin entered the world. Satan, a fallen angel, deceived mankind and led them into disobedience. Satan is just a fallen angel. He made himself god of this world through deception but the truth is that satan is still subject to His creator. Job 1:7-22 even Satan’s actions are under God’s permission and control.
Dito na nagsimula ang matinding pagsubok ni Job(This is where Job’s severe trial began.)
He regularly offered sacrifices on behalf of his children, demonstrating his deep devotion to God.
Kung mabuting tao si Job at nalulugod ang Diyos sa kanya why God allow this this to happened to Job? sabi sa V8 Kasi bilib na bilib ang Diyos kay Job. Pero anong sabi ni satanas, his claiming that Job’s faithfulness was dependent on his blessings. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord."
God allows na masaktan si Job physically, but with one condition: Huwag lamang sya mamamatay. As a result, Satan strikes Job with painful sores all over his body:
Nasa kontrol pa rin Diyos ang lahat, may limitasyon sa kung hanggang saan ang magagawa ni Satanas. Ang pisikal na pagdurusa ni Job, bagaman matindi, was still under God's sovereignty.
After God completed His work of creation, it is written:
"God saw all that He had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day." (Genesis 1:31, NIV)
This verse shows that God’s creation, in its original state, was perfectly good and without blemish. All of creation was a reflection of God’s perfect wisdom and character—there was no corruption, no sin, and no imperfection. God’s evaluation of His work as “very good” expresses the harmony and beauty that existed in the world.
But why do we now see and experience things that are not good?
This is the result of the fall of man: sin entered the world. Satan, a fallen angel, deceived mankind and led them into disobedience. Though Satan made himself the "god of this world" through deception, the truth is that Satan is still subject to his Creator. As we see in Job 1:7-22, even Satan’s actions are under God’s permission and control.
This is where Job’s severe trial began. In Job 1, Job is described as blameless, upright, fearing God, and turning away from evil. He regularly offered sacrifices on behalf of his children, demonstrating his deep devotion to God. Job hadn’t done anything wrong to deserve the ordeal he went through.
If Job was righteous and God was pleased with him, why did God allow such suffering?
God Himself acknowledges Job's righteousness in Job 1:8. It was because of God’s pleasure in Job that Satan sought to test him, claiming that Job’s faithfulness was dependent on his blessings. God permitted Satan to remove Job’s material possessions, but Job's response was remarkable:
“The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”
(Job 1:21, NIV)
Despite the loss of his wealth and children, Job remained faithful. God cared deeply for Job and set boundaries for Satan, saying in Job 1:12 that Satan could not harm him physically. However, in Job 2:3-6, God allows Satan to test Job further, permitting him to afflict Job’s body but with the condition that he must spare Job's life. As a result, Satan struck Job with painful sores from head to toe.
Even in this, God was still in control. Satan’s actions were limited by God’s sovereignty. Job’s physical suffering, although intense, was never outside of God’s authority. Despite his wounds and the deep suffering he endured, Job’s faith endured. He said:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart.”
(Job 1:21, NIV)
Job understood that everything, both good and bad, comes from the hand of God.
In James 5:11, we are reminded:
“As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.”
This shows that even in suffering, God is merciful and good. Job’s endurance through his trials revealed his unwavering faith in God's goodness, and in the end, the Lord restored and blessed him beyond his original state. God’s sovereignty and mercy remain constant, even in the midst of suffering.
